I am a fitness instructor and health-conscious chef. I teach a number of classes, but am most passionate about Zumba and a little ballet/yoga fusion class I like to call Yollet. When I find time to cook, my recipes are typically easy-to-follow, quick to prepare and, of course, as healthy as possible.
I recently graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with my Bachelor’s Degree in both journalism and communication. Post-college, I was lucky enough to land a career in my field of study. I currently work full-time with TechTarget in Newton.
