Video: Bedtime yoga flow

Try this yoga sequence before you lay down to sleep tonight. Each pose aims to release any last bits of tension built up over the course of the day in main troubles spots, i.e. the neck, the spine and the hips. The best part of it all? You can do every pose from bed, so brush those teeth, put your PJs on and ease your way into a nice slumber.

Love this. I’m going to try to incorporate it into my children’s bedtime routines. It’s the perfect length and such a great way to end a busy day.
