A bowl full of good-for-you

I know you guys were all really concerned with what I would be eating for lunch today, so here it is: A healthy bowl full of leafy greens, carrots, edamame, tempeh and beets with a little sesame/soy dressing.

Lunch will be followed by a big heaping bowl of ice cream as I cry reading Facebook statuses about everyone’s first day of school at UMass Amherst.
