In a bad mood? Feeling grumpy, tired, pissy, or nervous? There may be a quick-fix to your mood in that you can find in.. food? Really? Yes!

I came across an article the other day that explained that certain foods can and will help you fight your bad mood… so cool! These specific foods can work with your hormones, blood flow, and vitamins to help you get into a better mood and help you take on your day with you head held high.
